Where does RVRents operate?
Full service runs in Colorado. Other states have trip guides, a waitlist and links to rentals listed on Outdoorsy.
Who do I pay for the RV?
For RVs listed on Outdoorsy, you pay Outdoorsy at their checkout. RVRents does not take payment for those rentals. RVRents-operated rentals will show RVRents checkout once that service opens.
Can I add delivery or groceries to an Outdoorsy rental?
No. Services come only with RVs booked directly through RVRents, and delivery and setup only on those marked Delivery available. Outdoorsy rentals are picked up from the owner and handled by Outdoorsy.
Are services guaranteed?
They are requests until a coordinator confirms them with a local provider and sends you the price.
Is insurance included?
For Outdoorsy bookings, protection plans are offered during Outdoorsy checkout. RVRents does not sell insurance.
Can you deliver to any campground?
No. Each campground sets its own rules about outside deliveries and setup. We check before we confirm.
