How RV delivery and campsite setup works

What happens before you arrive, what the crew checks, and what to confirm with your campground.

Before the delivery day

A coordinator confirms three things with your campground: the site number, the arrival window for outside vehicles, and any rules about who can set up an RV. Some parks only allow guests to drive in their own rigs. Some have gate hours. We do not schedule delivery until the park confirms.

What to check when you arrive

  • Look at the condition photos and tell us within an hour if anything looks different.
  • Find the propane shutoff and the main breaker before dark.
  • Keep the sewer valve for black water closed until the tank is at least two-thirds full.
Worth knowing: Most first-night calls are about water pressure or a tripped breaker, not a broken RV. The walkthrough covers both.
